This week on the HR Happy Hour Show, Steve and Trish were joined by Don Weinstein of ADP to talk about the next generation of HR technology and how ADP is developing technology for the future. This show was recorded live from New York City and the location of the ADP Innovation Lab, and was centered on how the changing nature of work, with dynamic teams becoming the driving force on how work gets done, is leading the development of new HCM technology.

Drawing from insights from the recent ADP Global Study of Engagement, ADP has been developing a new, or ‘Next Gen’ set of HR and Payroll tools to help enterprises and their people navigate the future of work and how work will get done. This was an interesting conversation about the new direction of HR Tech and one from which any HR and business leader can gain important insights.
